Adobe Contractual License Program (CLP)
This is the agreement used by most departments for Adobe software. There is no minimum order. A $20 transaction fee is added to each Adobe order. Some popular products are available on-line. Media and certain license codes take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
CDs do not come with or include licenses, so you would have to order one license per any CD that you order.
As of May, 2005 you CANNOT use many of our Adobe "licenses" with media acquired through retail channels, including the UCSD Bookstore.
Optional Adobe Maintenance gives you rights to any new versions during the period. Maintenance expires March of 2009.

A concurrent license can be installed on more than one machine, but only run on one machine at a time. "Uplift" takes you from a nonconcurrent license, which you must have purchased through the ACS/Software Distribution agreement, to concurrent.
